Lemur Media methodology

Consulting frameworks

12 methods, including the Lemur Compass as the overarching method. Each one documents its inputs, process, outputs, limitations and the established models it builds on. The Compass selects the other 11 methods based on development phase, scale (revenue and headcount), business model, profitability and symptoms from the Problem library.

Master method

Lemur Compass

We use the other eleven Lemur Media methods as complementary parts of one system. The Compass selects them based on development phase, scale (revenue and headcount), business model, profitability and symptoms from the Problem library. The same problem in a company of 30 people and in a company of 800 people calls for different methods and a different sequence of actions.
